Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in large-scale/hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and time-management abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu creation and execution tailored to client needs and event scale.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation for large events to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with event managers to align service with schedules.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Help manage food costs and waste reduction.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
