Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service setting.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required with exceptional experience.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate all kitchen activities including private dining.
• Monitor prep production and conduct quality checks of all mise en place prior to service.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through supervision of food preparation and cooking.
• Develop back-of-house team members and support kitchen supervisory roles.
• Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and storage processes.
