Carver Road Hospitality is hiring an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our high-end kitchen in a premium Modern American Steakhouse concept. You will support the Corporate Chef, oversee safety, quality, and financial performance, and guide scheduling and training for all kitchen staff.

You will mentor BOH team members, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive excellence across all culinary operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Sous Chef in a medium/high-volume restaurant.
• Sanitation and culinary knowledge with knife skills and safe food handling.
• Current Massachusetts Food Handler Card required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Schedule, train, and develop BOH staff; cover for Corporate Chef as needed.
• Maintain compliance with BOH standards and company policies.
• Monitor payroll, inventory and purchasing systems.
• Ensure equipment is safe and properly functioning; lead pre-service briefings.
