Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing kitchen duties, inventory, ordering, and controlling food and labor costs
  • Managing BOH shifts, food prep, cooking, and supervising kitchen staff
  • Leading pre-shift meetings, line checks, and food tastings
  • Collaborating with GM and managers to maintain recipe standards
  • Ensuring quality control of menu items throughout the day
  • Ordering food and supplies daily
  • Communicating effectively between FOH and BOH
  • Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing BOH staff
  • Fostering teamwork and professionalism
  • Handling guest, vendor, and employee challenges with tact and patience
  • Working various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel as needed
  • Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Salary Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 per year
