What you will do:
  1. Opens and closes the line, performs precise line checks and facility walks, EcoSure with proper documentation to adhere to company standards and addresses any deficiencies.
  2. Runs high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation is up to TFK standards.
  3. Performs with BOH and FOH team, precise line checks and facility walks with proper follow-up and documentation and participates with all EcoSure & Health inspections, ensuring a safe production environment.
  4. Responsible for the hiring and development of back of house employees; managing their schedules and reporting payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws.
  5. Partners with EC on managing the P&L to assist in maximizing profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance.
  6. Assists in the ordering and invoicing of products.
  7. Maintains consistent open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines.
  8. This role follows the industry standard of a 50-hour work week over a 5-day period. Flexibility may be required based on restaurant needs.

  • Have a strong passion for culinary excellence, and are exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Are resilient in stressful situations and capable of handling last-minute requests.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience as a chef, contributing to the success of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
  • Are caring, self-motivated, and exhibit leadership qualities, coaching, and driving excellence.
