Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our customer-focused team. You will be the technical face of PagerDuty across the US, partnering with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering to redefine digital operations and resilience.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor sales teams, and advise C-suite stakeholders on AI-driven operations and cloud migration. You will lead architectural discussions, drive executive-level conversations, and help shape product

Qualifications

15+ years of technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises.
Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with a solid grasp of sales processes and customer buying journeys.
Deep domain expertise in at least three: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native Architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

Act as peer and advisor to customer CTOs and CIOs, guiding digital transformations.
Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.
Collaborate with Global Product and Engineering leadership to align US market needs with roadmaps.
Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for complex enterprise opportunities.
Foster a local DevOps/SRE community and promote best practices in AI ethics in operations.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities PagerDuty can capitalize on.
