Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our customer-focused team. You will be the technical face of PagerDuty across the US, partnering with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering to redefine digital operations, resilience, and automation.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor sales teams, and advise on AIOps, SRE maturity, and cloud migration strategies for large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud space.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer to customer CTOs/CIOs and help navigate digital transformations and operationalize PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at major industry events and through digital content.
• Partner with Global Product and Engineering leadership to ensure US market needs are reflected in the roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for complex enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster a local DevOps and SRE community and share best practices on operational excellence and AI ethics.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and technical trends PagerDuty can capitalize on.
