Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic customer engagements in the US, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering to transform digital operations. You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor top-performing technical sellers, and advise C-suite executives on AI-driven resilience and cloud migration.

This high-impact role requires deep technical leadership, enterprise experience, and the ability to travel across the US and internationally as needed to

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/Cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with a solid grasp of sales processes.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native Architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer and advisor to customer CTOs/CIOs, helping them navigate digital transformations and operationalizing PagerDuty Operations Cloud in the US.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at major industry events and through digital content, white papers, and local media.
• Partner with Global Product and Engineering leadership to ensure US market requirements are reflected in the long-term roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for our most complex enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster a local DevOps and SRE community, sharing best practices on operational excellence, incident response, and AI ethics in operations.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and technical trends to capitalize on opportunities for PagerDuty.
