Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our US team. You will be the technical face of PagerDuty across the region, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering to reshape how enterprises manage digital operations.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor high-performing sales teams, and advise C-suite leaders on AIOps, cloud migration, and digital transformation while helping shape our long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/Cloud space.
• Proven track record with C-level executives at large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer buying journeys.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three areas (Incident Mgmt, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native, ITSM/ITIL, Cybersecurity Incident Response).
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Advise CTOs/CIOs on digital transformations and operationalizing PagerDuty within their organizations.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and through content.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure US market needs are reflected in roadmaps.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex, high-stakes enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster local DevOps/SRE communities and share best practices on operational excellence and AI ethics in operations.
• Monitor market shifts and trends to identify opportunities for PagerDuty.
