Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead complex IT initiatives for enterprise clients, aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with business objectives.

You will apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods, coordinate cross-functional teams and executives, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous delivery improvements while maintaining client satisfaction and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium- to high-risk IT projects with client visibility.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and standard PM practices.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall across lifecycles.
• Ability to manage plans, budgets, resources, schedules, and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build consensus among parties with differing priorities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining morale.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Guide project teams and client organizations in adopting Agile and Scrum practices.
• Coach team members, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and remove impediments.
• Serve as primary contact for project-related matters, manage expectations and progress.
• Monitor resource utilization, budgets, and forecasting for initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, internal departments, vendors, and clients.
• Communicate goals and risks to stakeholders, including executives.
• Ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met.
• Maintain project documentation in Salesforce and related systems.
