Stripe’s Leadership Recruiting Team is seeking a senior executive search partner to identify, attract, assess, and hire leaders across the company. Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive search experience
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and close senior-level passive candidates
• Outstanding sourcing skills and ability to think outside the box
• Experience partnering with team and hiring managers including the executive team
• Use of talent market insights and data to influence leadership decisions
• Building positive relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
• Creating and maintaining positive candidate experiences
• Ability to distill complex information into a consumable, well-structured format
• Ability to take ownership and manage time and process across roles

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, attract, assess, and hire leadership across Stripe
• Define, design, and implement recruiting processes and search engagements for senior roles
• Map the talent landscape and leverage internal and external data for strategy
• Manage end-to-end leadership searches from outreach to onboarding
• Collaborate with People Partners, Compensation, and Business Leads to align hiring with business goals
• Develop competency-based interviews to surface capabilities and aspirations for leadership roles
• Foster trust-based relationships with candidates throughout negotiations and onboarding
• Record and share market insights and updates to inform strategy
• Promote Stripe culture and values through the recruiting process
