Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to identify top talent for one of the world's leading apparel brands.

You will partner with recruiters to build qualified pipelines, engage passive candidates, and assess talent for current and future hiring needs. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct targeted searches across tools and networks, and maintain organized candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

Experience building talent pipelines across multiple functions.
Experience conducting candidate screens and evaluating against qualifications.
Knowledge of Boolean search methodologies and market intelligence.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).

Responsibilities

Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple functions.
Conduct targeted candidate searches using sourcing tools, talent platforms, social networks, referrals, and market research techniques.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, skills, and interest level against role requirements.
Present qualified candidates and candidate insights to recruiting partners for further consideration.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver high-caliber and diverse talent.
Generate candidate leads, talent maps, and market intelligence to support recruiter hiring strategies.
Leverage industry trends, labor market data, and competitive intelligence to identify talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
Document sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and candidate assessments within applicable talent acquisition systems and tools.
Maintain organized talent research, market maps, and candidate pipelines to support recruiter hiring efforts.
Support recruiting teams on priority searches and talent projects through proactive sourcing efforts.
Proficient in modern sourcing technologies including AI-enabled tools, LinkedIn and ATS platforms with the ability to leverage them effectively to enhance search strategy, pipeline development, and decision-making.
