Responsibilities

• Research and build target candidate lists for cabinet, dean, and senior administrator searches.
• Conduct initial outreach and manage candidate engagement throughout the search lifecycle.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and campus visit logistics across multiple searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and produce pipeline reports.
