Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and leaders.
• Experience sourcing for professional, technical, engineering, or operations roles.
• Strong interviewing, evaluating, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult and counsel recruiting stakeholders to shape talent strategies.
• Identify talent requirements with hiring managers and develop strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Assess candidates using structured interviews and evaluations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Lead offer negotiations and candidate closing efforts.
• Participate in recruiting projects and process improvements.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to leadership.
• Align recruiting with business goals and workforce planning.
