Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through targeted research and prior searches; support consultants with candidate insights.
• Maintain progress and market feedback reports for internal and client presentations.
• Assist in writing candidate assessments and support business development/ pitches.
• Uphold ethics, quality, and accuracy of all search information in internal systems.
