An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
Developing and honing skills in professional communications, including writing, speaking, and presenting information in a clear and coherent manner.

Responsibilities

Conduct industry research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, their industry and the position requirements.
Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research and using Heidrick’s proprietary systems.
Contribute to multiple engagements, candidate pipelines and the needs of multiple internal stakeholders.
Maintain progress/status/market feedback reports for presentation to Consultants and Clients.
Assist Consultants in writing candidate assessments to present to clients.
Support business development activities and pitch preparation as directed.
Demonstrate collaboration and professionalism across the firm.
