Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a proven transformation advisor to guide clients through ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and migrations. You will lead advisory efforts, shape architecture, and coordinate with client teams and vendors to deliver complex transformations.

Responsibilities include developing upgrade plans, presenting migration strategies to C-suite stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of technology with business goals. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional SAP consulting experience.
• 5+ years advisory with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience leading ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Experience managing sales opportunities with client/account teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead migration/upgrade programs from high-level to design.
• Coordinate with client, account teams, and vendors.
• Present migration/conversion plans to clients and executives.
• Drive architecture and technology alignment with business goals.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
