Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to three to four property Sales Executives or Corporate Sales COE Executives. You will liaise between property and clients, processing reservations and coordinating with operations to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of guest service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years administrative experience in hospitality or sales preferred.
• Experience in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, alerts, and amenities.
• Coordinate with operations and travel advisors to execute requests.
• Be a resource on activities and amenities within the resort.
• Set up agendas, coordinate keys, dining and client coordination as needed.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel for Sales executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain highly confidential files.
• Respond to customer correspondence and inquiries as needed.
