Job Description

This is a remote contract role for an Entry Level Manager. The responsibilities include working with prospective clients, supporting agents in the field, monitoring sales activity, and developing strategies for agent success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to maintain daily contact with team members. The role involves sitting with families and individuals (virtually or in person) to explain benefits packages, obtain referrals, and build your skill set and team.
