Executive Sales Representative (Luxury travel/MICE)

Emotional Sicily, a luxury destination management company, is seeking a US-based Sales Representative (freelance, commission-based with a monthly retainer) to represent our brand across the United States. This remote, flexible role offers an immediate start.

We craft tailor-made travel and event experiences rooted in authenticity, creativity, and cultural connection — from private visits with artisans and chefs to exclusive venues and immersive MICE programs in Sicily.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage with qualified prospects in the luxury leisure and MICE travel sectors.
  2. Introduce Emotional Sicily’s offerings to high-level travel advisors, event planners, and corporate travel professionals.
  3. Conduct virtual presentations and training sessions to promote our services.
  4. Cultivate and grow strategic relationships with top-tier clients and networks.
  5. Represent the brand at trade shows and networking events.
  6. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Ideal Profile:
  1. Proven experience in luxury travel and/or MICE sales.
  2. Strong existing network within the U.S. travel and events industry.
  3. Self-driven, proactive, and aligned with Emotional Sicily’s values.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Passion for Italy and experience-based travel.
