Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in media/streaming/CTV.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and related applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external communications between stakeholders and the EVP.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments for the EVP and sales team.
• Assist in planning and executing special projects and analysis.
• Pull and compile reports to support sales strategies and decisions.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Maintain confidentiality in all communications.
