Fox TV Stations in New York is seeking an Executive Sales Coordinator to support our sales executives and the EVP of Ad Sales. This role emphasizes organization, precision, and discretion in handling sensitive information and coordinating complex schedules.

You will manage communications, coordinate meetings and travel, assist with special projects, generate reports, and monitor industry trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required/preferred.
• Experience in sales support or coordination in media/streaming is ideal.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow between stakeholders and the EVP.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the EVP and sales executives, optimizing their schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, providing support and coordination as needed.
• Pull and compile various required reports, analyzing data to support sales strategies and decision-making.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support sales initiatives and strategy development.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications.
• Utilize a range of software applications to streamline processes and enhance productivity within the sales department.
