IV Nutrition in Verona, NJ is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a high‑performing team, drive client relationships, and grow the wellness business. You will own clinic performance, set culture, and align with brand standards.

The role requires RN licensure in New Jersey, proven leadership, and experience in vascular access or infusion. You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure safe administration of IV therapies while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Own overall clinic performance including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
• Lead a relationship-based client culture centered on understanding each client's wellness goals
• Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies and compliance with clinical standards
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling, staffing, resources, and daily clinic operations
• Drive clinic growth through memberships, services, and client retention initiatives
