Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license with BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of vascular access/infusion experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the clinic's flow, customer experience, team development, and local community engagement.
• Oversee clinical excellence, safe IV administration, and ensure 100% compliance with Medical Director protocols and NJ regulations.
• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of IV Technicians.
• Manage daily workflows, staffing levels, and EMR accuracy to ensure a concierge-level client experience.
