IV Nutrition in Verona, NJ is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to oversee clinic operations, support staff, and deliver IV therapy with a focus on education and relationship-based care. You will drive client retention and ensure high-quality service in a hands-on leadership role.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, staff development, and a patient-centered journey, aiming to grow sustainable clinic performance through excellent client experiences.

Competenze

• Active, current New Jersey RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments.
• Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately.
• Educate clients on therapies, memberships, wellness services, and how recommended services support health goals.
• Build trusted, high-touch client relationships that drive ongoing wellness partnerships.
• Conduct proactive follow-up, care calls, and outreach to support client progress.
