Job description

Clinic Director
About the Role

IV Nutrition is looking for a Clinic Director who is passionate about leadership, relationship building, and helping people take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.

This role is for a leader who wants to make an impact. You will lead a team that builds meaningful relationships with clients, understands their personal wellness goals, and helps them stay engaged in a wellness journey designed to support those goals through IV Nutrition's services.

As Clinic Director, you are both the leader of the business and a leader in the client experience. You will create a culture where our team does more than provide a service. We get to know our clients, understand their personal why, educate them about their wellness options, and help them take the next step toward the goals that matter to them.

You will have full ownership of clinic performance, including client experience, revenue growth, retention, memberships, team development, operational excellence, and clinical quality.

Success in this role means developing a high-performing team, building lasting client relationships, helping more people engage proactively in their wellness, and creating a healthy, growing clinic.

If you are energized by developing people, building meaningful relationships, and helping clients take a proactive role in achieving their health and wellness goals, this may be the leadership opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
Clinic Leadership & Ownership
  • Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all clinic operations
  • Set the tone for culture, professionalism, relationship building, and performance standards
  • Ensure alignment with company goals, initiatives, and brand standards
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results
  • Lead the clinic with an ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Client Relationships, Wellness & Business Growth
  • Lead a relationship-based client culture centered on understanding each client's personal wellness goals
  • Coach the team to uncover the client's personal why and connect appropriate IV Nutrition services to their individual wellness journey
  • Help clients move from a single service toward an ongoing relationship focused on their wellness goals
  • Coach team members on meaningful client consultations, education, service recommendations, rebooking, and membership conversations
  • Build relationships that drive client trust, engagement, retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty
  • Drive clinic growth through memberships, packages, wellness services, and strong client relationships
  • Monitor client engagement and retention and develop strategies to keep clients actively connected to their wellness journey
  • Establish and monitor clinic growth goals and coach the team toward achieving them
  • Lead client outreach, follow‑up, Return to Active initiatives, and relationship‑building activities
  • Use KPIs and client outcomes to identify opportunities to strengthen both the client experience and business performance
  • Partner with corporate leadership on promotional campaigns and business development initiatives
Client Experience & Growth
  • Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, and consistent experience
  • Create an environment where clients feel known, heard, educated, and supported in their wellness goals
  • Establish service standards that create long‑term client relationships and referrals
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Conduct client follow‑up outreach when necessary to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Foster a culture where exceptional client care, hospitality, and relationship building are non‑negotiable
  • Support local marketing efforts, networking opportunities, and community engagement initiatives
Clinical Oversight & Quality
  • Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical regulations, standards, and protocols
  • Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff as needed
  • Ensure adherence to physician orders, standing orders, and company policies
  • Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence
Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, train, and develop clinic staff
  • Lead team performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting
  • Develop team members to become confident relationship builders who can educate and support clients throughout their wellness journey
  • Create a high‑performance culture focused on results, client care, relationships, and growth
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the clinic
  • Conduct regular performance discussions and development planning
  • Ensure all team members understand and achieve expectations related to service, client relationships, sales, and operational performance
Operations & Execution
  • Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency

  • Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions, and process updates
  • Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and operational controls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
