Ruth's Chris Steak House in Worcester, MA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise both Front- and Back-of-House teams to deliver the guest hospitality we are known for, with a focus on excellence in food, beverage, and service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in hospitality, strong communication skills, and has completed corporate training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience minimum.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.
