Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic short- and long-term restaurant goals, including profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Control costs and manage labor, food, and other operating expenses.
• Train, onboard and develop all restaurant team members.
• Ensure high-quality food offerings and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain proper record keeping, inventory, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Maintain restaurant appearance, safety, and compliance.
