Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met.

The role supports QA processes and safety, and collaborates with Resort Leaders to optimize staffing and scheduling for productivity. You’ll bring at least one year of housekeeping experience; supervisory experience is preferred, along with hospitality customer service background.

Formación

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and inspect work of Housekeepers and Housemen to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Support QA processes to maintain appropriate cleanliness and quality levels.
• Assist Resort Leaders with staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
