Job summary

Realogy is seeking an EVIP Signature Experience Specialist to own the executive relocation journey, delivering a white-glove, highly personalized experience for senior clients. You will manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining high service standards.

You will engage executives with strategic insight, coordinate with suppliers, and continuously streamline processes to reduce client effort.

Qualifications

2+ years of international relocation experience.
Ability to provide 24/7 support.
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relocation, mobility, or client-focused service experience.
Strong commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity.
Proven ability to analyze, problem solve, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations.
Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle.
Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized relocation experience.
Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Build trusted relationships with executive clients and provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance.
Identify value-added opportunities and contribute to strategic projects.
