Primary Function:
The Consultant EVIP Signature Experience Specialist serves as the Single Point of Accountability, strategic owner, and project manager for the end-to-end relocation experience of senior-level and executive customers. This role delivers a highly customized, white-glove experience, independently managing complex relocations with minimal oversight. It requires advanced project management, executive communication, and proactive problem-solving, particularly in global relocations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive-Level Service Delivery & Ownership
- - Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations
- - Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle
- - Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized experience
- - Maintain a reduced, curated caseload for exceptional service quality
Project Management & Coordination
- - Act as project manager (timelines, risks, deliverables)
- - Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers
- - Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks
- - Streamline processes to reduce client effort
Client & Executive Engagement
- - Build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients
- - Provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance

Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- - Orchestrate supplier performance and accountability

Qualifications / Selection Criteria:
- - 2+ years of international relocation experience
- - Ability to provide 24/7 support
- - Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment
- - Strong commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity across all aspects of work
- - Proven ability to analyze, problem solve, and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
