Qualifications

• 2+ years of international relocation experience.
• Ability to provide 24/7 support.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relocation, mobility, or client-focused service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations.
• Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle.
• Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized relocation experience.
• Maintain a reduced, curated caseload for exceptional service quality.
• Act as project manager (timelines, risks, deliverables).
• Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Streamline processes to reduce client effort.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients.
• Provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance.
