Job summary

Paxos is seeking an accomplished Recruiting Program Manager with executive search experience to build out our leadership bench and scale recruiting operations in New York. You will partner with Paxos leaders to transform sourcing, assessment, and closing of senior talent while improving process quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in-house recruiting, with at least 3 years in executive roles.
• 2+ years managing recruiting projects or programs, either as an individual contributor or leading a team.
• Data-driven approach using metrics from systems to refine search, outreach, and closing.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Candidate-first mentality with a track record of excellent candidate experiences and lasting relationships.
• Extensive track record of successfully closing executive talent across diverse roles.
• Ability to balance projects and search and excel in both.
• Contributed to recruiting program design and execution in past positions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leadership on role intake, sourcing strategy, assessment, and closing; ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring process.
• Own end-to-end executive recruiting process from scoping to offer and onboarding transition.
• Cultivate a best-in-class candidate experience across written, phone, and video communications.
• Drive recruiting enhancement initiatives, standardize processes, and develop interview training and candidate resources.
