Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader based in New York City to drive full-cycle VP+ recruiting for non-tech functions. You will own the executive referral program, build a high-caliber leadership bench, and partner with C-suite to define success profiles and hiring bars.

You will manage relationships across the business, maintain a live bench, and oversee partnerships with executive search firms to ensure our hiring standards and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive referrals and succession planning.
• Proven ability to build and maintain an executive talent bench.
• Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Strategic, consultative approach to talent advisory.

Responsibilities
