Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring leaders, source top talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while supporting our mission-driven healthcare organization.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned areas, develop sourcing strategies, conduct screenings and interviews, and collaborate with HR and Centers of Excellence to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or relevant experience required.
• High-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Workday experience highly preferred.
• General knowledge of current employment laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas.
• Screen and interview candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and offers.
• Maintain accurate vacancy data and recruitment metrics.
