Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of physician or APP recruitment experience or 3 years of progressive healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes herself/himself as a business partner with leadership for assigned departments.
• Manages the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• Oversees and coordinates interview scheduling, tours, and onboarding handoffs.
• Develops sourcing plans, budgets, and timelines for recruitment needs.
• Creates market-competitive offers with HR and leadership input.
• Collaborates with marketing for recruitment materials and advertising.
• Maintains current openings and candidate data in the system.
