Job summary

Randstad in Cambridge, MA seeks an Executive Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month contract onsite. You will welcome executive candidates and coordinate interview journeys with senior leaders and assistants.

The role requires superb communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage complex schedules across time zones. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience are preferred, with compensation up to $37/hour and a first shift (8 AM–4 PM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver White-Glove Candidate Experience: primary contact for executive-level candidates, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared.
• Master Complex Logistics: coordinate interview schedules, travel, and debriefs across leadership calendars and time zones.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with Executive Assistants, Recruiters, HR leaders, and external search firms to align schedules and maintain momentum.
• Operational Excellence: manage search firm documentation and candidate data in CRM systems; generate progress reports.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify ways to streamline workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
