Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. You will own end‑to‑end executive searches, partner with senior leaders, and deliver high‑impact hiring solutions across the organization.

Based in Spring, TX with a three‑day in‑office requirement, you will influence talent strategy, ensure a superior candidate experience, and champion inclusive leadership. Competitive base pay and bonus/equity opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven in‑house executive recruiting experience supporting senior‑level and leadership hires.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Operations, Infrastructure or Procurement is of interest.
• Demonstrated partnerships with executive leaders across functions such as operations, finance, technology, software, and supply chain.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence, consult, and operate at the senior level.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and comfort navigating complex, ambiguous hiring needs.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent experience, including executive‑level candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle executive searches for Director through VP‑level roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and long‑term talent needs.
• Proactively build and maintain executive‑level talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Source, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management.
• Advise executives on talent markets, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices.
• Drive scalable recruiting processes balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Champion inclusive and diverse executive hiring practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast‑paced environment.
• Select and manage executive search firms to deliver outcomes and value.
