SkyWater Search Partners is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Sales team in a full-desk capacity. You will own both business development and candidate recruiting, building relationships with new clients, creating search opportunities, and developing a strong market network from Minnetonka, MN.

You'll work with SkyWater's brand, resources, and Bullhorn ATS, with a hybrid in-office schedule, unlimited PTO, and a culture that rewards results.

SkyWater Search Partners is looking to add an experienced Executive Recruiter to our Sales team. Our Executive Recruiters run a full desk, owning both business development and candidate recruiting. That means building relationships with new clients, creating search opportunities, recruiting top talent, and developing a strong network within your market.

You’ll have SkyWater's established brand, reputation, resources, and relationships behind you, but this isn't a role where you're simply handed a list of clients and open jobs. We're looking for someone who is excited to develop new business, create opportunities, and take ownership of growing their desk.
