SkyWater Search Partners is looking to add an Executive Recruiter to our Legal practice. This opportunity is specifically designed for someone with a law school background who is interested in using their legal knowledge, network, and understanding of the profession in a relationship-driven, business development-focused career. A Juris Doctor (JD) is required for this role.

Our Executive Recruiters run a full desk, owning both business development and candidate recruiting. That means building relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, creating search opportunities, recruiting top legal talent, and developing a strong network within the legal community.

You’ll have SkyWater's established brand, reputation, resources, and relationships behind you, but this isn't a role where you're simply handed a list of clients and open jobs. We're looking for someone who is excited to develop new business, create opportunities, and take ownership of growing their desk and reputation within the legal market.
