Job summary

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand profiles, and drive recruitment outcomes through innovative sourcing strategies. You will work within a hybrid environment, leveraging industry-leading training and development while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
• A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Determination and focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
• Develop understanding of profiles by forming and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates.
