Job summary

K1 is expanding its Recruiting team by hiring an Executive Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our portfolio of 55+ software companies. This role offers exposure to senior talent and hands-on sourcing, closing, and hiring across manager-level to VP roles in a fast-paced private equity environment.

You will work directly with internal investment teams and portfolio executives, building lasting relationships and driving searches end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of recruiting experience in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Experience with direct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Ability to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle searches from kickoff to close, across Manager-level to VP-level roles.
• Partner with portfolio company executives and K1 deal partners in search processes end-to-end.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications.
• Proactively introduce prospective candidates to internal and external stakeholders; align with current and future needs of portfolio companies.
• Support execution of search best practices: update emails, candidate tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrate industry acumen in SaaS roles, org structures, and functional expertise.
