Job summary

Prosum is seeking an entry-level Recruiter for a direct hire in Manhattan Beach. The role is onsite 5 days a week, offering the chance to break into private equity recruiting and grow into an executive recruiter role within the portfolio.

Responsibilities include leading full-cycle searches, partnering with executives, and building a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions. The position emphasizes direct sourcing, stakeholder communication, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years recruiting experience in high-growth or SaaS environments.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent) and full-cycle recruiting.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to conduct candidate and market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle searches from kickoff to close across Manager-level to VP-level roles.
• Partner with portfolio company executives and deal partners in leading searches end to end across the portfolio.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and inbound applicants.
• Introduce prospective candidates to internal and external stakeholders as a talent partner in enterprise software.
