Job summary

Amplify is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead senior-level hiring across technical and non-technical disciplines. Own the full lifecycle search strategy for leadership roles spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and manage recruiting for Legal and Finance functions in partnership with executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in full-lifecycle recruitment, with ≥3 years in executive search (VP level+).
• Experience recruiting Education Technology leaders or closely related tech-enabled sectors (e.g., Enterprise SaaS).
• Proven track record placing senior executives across technical and non-technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated executive presence and advisory experience with C-suite and boards.
• Strong knowledge of complex executive compensation packages and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
• Advise C-suite executives and senior leaders with market insights, benchmarking, and talent mapping.
• Build diverse executive candidate slates through proactive sourcing and inclusive recruiting.
• Lead negotiations, equity structuring, and offers for senior executives.
