Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years managing a team focused on engineering/product hiring.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS companies ($100M+ ARR) where you’ve scaled a recruiting function.
• Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent personally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EPD Talent team, managing Talent Partners and Coordinators.
• Own EPD recruiting outcomes and full hiring plan across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy and quarterly headcount planning.
