Job summary

Stimulus Technologies in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Executive & Technical) to own the recruiting engine for growth—from VP/C-suite to engineering teams. You will define roles, calibrate comp, map competitors, source passive talent, and close great people under tight deadlines.

You’ll run executive searches with weekly SLAs, build direct-sourcing, and partner with leadership on compensation strategies while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in full-cycle recruiting with executive placements.
• Experience filling VP/C-suite roles and technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive searches (CFO, CTO, CRO, VP Broadband) with specs, scorecards, sourcing, and offers.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches across executive and technical ladders with SLAs.
• Build direct-sourcing engines and partner with leaders on comp and closing strategy.
• Maintain HRIS/ATS data, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Support onboarding in new and existing markets.
