Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across industries, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop strong client relationships to understand staffing needs.
• Identify and engage top talent via networking, cold calling, and databases.
• Assess candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings as needed.
• Negotiate offers and manage the acceptance process.
• Track KPIs and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and compensation rates.
