Search Solution Group is seeking an Associate Executive Recruiter to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role supports active searches and manages a small portfolio independently, with potential to grow into a full-cycle Executive Recruiter position.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting databases, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Recruiters to support direct-hire and executive-level searches.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and pipelines within the ATS.
