Job Title: Full-Desk Executive Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote – Based in the U.S. (CT preferred but not required)

Overview:

A nationally recognized, award-winning executive search and staffing firm is expanding its team and hiring experienced Full-Desk Executive Recruiters and BD Managers. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance, metrics-driven firm with decades of success, a strong internal training program, and a proven commission model.

About the Role:

This is a full-cycle recruiting role in one of the firm's specialty verticals. You’ll manage client development, candidate recruitment, and placement activity, while working closely with team leads and executive leadership.

Note: Full-desk is required in most verticals. BD-only is acceptable for Tech Sales. Candidate-side focus is needed in Insurance.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive outbound sales and business development to generate new search engagements
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and hiring leaders
• Source, assess, and submit high-quality candidates for executive-level placements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer
• Leverage proven training resources, best-in-class tools, and leadership support
• Develop expertise within a specific vertical and own your niche

MUST HAVE:

• Proven success in full-desk recruiting or outbound BD roles at a staffing agency or search firm
• Experience placing professionals in specialized sectors (see below):
• Insurance
• Tech/Software Sales
• Digital Health
• Medical Device
• Administrative (CT Only)
• Base Salary: $65K–$85K depending on experience and billing history
• Commission Plan: 25%–55% (based on production model)
• 1st-Year OTE: ~$80K+ for junior-level producers | $100,000-130,000 for senior recruiters
• 2nd Year OTE: Sky is the Limit!
