Executive Recruiter, Accounting and Finance with AquantUs, LLC.

Summary

AquantUs is an Atlanta-based executive search firm, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about building long-lasting relationships to join our team as an experienced Executive Recruiter in our Accounting and Finance division.

This role will be 100% remote with the exception of one in-person meeting per month in Buckhead.

Responsibilities

• Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and selects candidates.
• Designs and executes the search strategy for assigned engagements.
• Prepares candidates for interviews and performs post-interview debriefs.
• Participates in offer negotiations and post-placement follow up.
• Attends and participates in search status and kick-off meetings.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 – 5 years of experience in executive recruiting, including recruiting for Accounting, Audit, Finance, and/or Tax roles.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline and the ability to focus and thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and sound personal character.
• A genuine desire to increase personal income with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
